AI notetaker for client work.
Multi-client studios, marketing agencies, design shops. Luni captures every client call across every account so your team's hours go to the work, not the notes.
Sound familiar?
- · 10 clients × 3 calls a week = 30 meetings to take notes on
- · Different account leads, different note-taking habits, different doc structures
- · Old client decisions resurface 6 months later with no one remembering the original framing
- · Onboarding a new account manager takes weeks because the relationship history is in 5 people's heads
How it actually works.
Same recap structure across every account — decisions, action items, quotes. Onboarding a new account manager: 'read the last 10 recaps for this client' is now a real, fast workflow, not a euphemism for 'good luck'.
Pro+ AskMeeting Q&A across all your client meetings. 'Which clients have asked about the new pricing?' returns each client + the exact quote. Spotting cross-account patterns becomes a 30-second activity.
Team plan is £20/user/month — flat-rate for the whole agency. Concurrency-priced agency tiers (1, 3, 10 simultaneous bots) for shops that need parallel meeting coverage without per-seat unlimited pricing.
Tag retention to client engagement length. Active client meetings keep their full retention; ended engagements can be exported for the project archive then purged. Storage cost stays bounded.
Recap defaults to internal tone. Reply 'rewrite formal for client review, lead with status update' — Luni regenerates and you forward to the client. Status reports without the manual writing tax.
Things people ask.
Can different account leads see only their own clients?
Today's workspace is org-wide; per-client access controls are on the roadmap for the public release. For the launch period, agencies that need strict separation typically run separate workspaces per client OR use the Team plan with explicit norms about who opens which meeting.
How does the agency_3 / agency_10 concurrency tier work?
Concurrency tiers cap how many bots can be in active recording at the same instant, rather than capping per-user meetings. For a 12-person agency where 3 calls happen in parallel at peak, agency_3 is right; agency_10 covers larger studios. Unlimited users + unlimited meetings within the concurrency cap.
What if a client wants their meetings deleted?
Per-recording deletion is one click in the dashboard. Account-level deletion (if a client engagement ends and they want their full history purged) cascades through the system in minutes.
Does Luni integrate with our project-management tool?
Action items from the recap can be pasted into Asana / Linear / ClickUp / etc. Direct integrations are on the roadmap; today's workflow is copy-paste from the recap email, which most teams find takes about 30 seconds and avoids the field-mapping headaches integrations bring.
