AI notetaker for client calls.
Client meetings, discovery sessions, project check-ins, stakeholder interviews. Luni captures every billable conversation so the deliverable is in your hand by the time the call ends.
Sound familiar?
- · Stakeholder interviews are billable hours where the deliverable is the synthesis — and synthesis takes 4x as long as the interview
- · Project meetings generate notes you never quite get around to writing up
- · Action items decided in week 3 get lost by week 7
- · Multiple clients = multiple parallel meeting cadences in your head
How it actually works.
30-min stakeholder interview → recap email by 5pm same day. Quote-level attribution (which exec said what), themes pulled out, decisions noted. The raw material for the deck section, ready before the next interview.
Pro+ AskMeeting Q&A across the entire project's meeting corpus. 'When did the steering committee approve the scope change?' returns the call + the exact quote. Replaces the 'go look at meeting notes from week 4' archaeology.
Team plan supports separate spaces for separate engagements. Client A's recordings stay in their workspace; Client B's stay in theirs. No cross-contamination, clean separation for confidentiality.
Default recap is internal-tone. Reply with 'rewrite this for the client, formal tone, lead with the recommendation' and Luni regenerates a client-facing version you can forward without further editing.
Pro tier 1-year retention covers most engagements; Team tier 3 years covers everything short of regulated industries. Old recordings stay searchable so referencing 'what we said in the kickoff' is one search away.
Things people ask.
Is recording client meetings appropriate?
It's a common practice in consulting and most enterprise clients expect it. Luni's bot announces itself — there's no covert recording. We'd recommend mentioning the notetaker in the engagement letter / SOW to set the expectation up front.
What about NDAs / confidentiality clauses?
Recordings live in your Luni workspace under your retention; you control sharing and deletion. Most NDAs don't prohibit recording with consent — but check your specific clauses. For highly sensitive engagements, the per-recording deletion flow lets you purge specific calls immediately.
Can my client see what's stored about them?
Per-recording sharing (Pro+) lets you send a client a recap or recording on request. Default is private to your workspace.
Does Luni replace my CRM / project-management tool?
No — it's the layer underneath. Luni captures the meeting; your CRM / PM tool tracks the engagement. Action items from the recap go into your PM system; the recording stays in Luni for searchable history.
