NeuroLeash Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for Luni under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. This page covers the small slice of data we process on this teaser site — the launch waitlist. The full product privacy notice arrives with the public release.
The single field on this page is your email address. When you submit it, we record the email, the timestamp of the submission, and standard request metadata (your IP address and browser User-Agent) — the same information any web server logs by default.
We do not run analytics scripts, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking on this page. There are no cookies set by us; the site loads without a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We use your email solely to notify you when Luni opens for access and to send a small number of related transactional messages — a confirmation, occasional progress updates capped at one a month, and the access invitation itself.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of UK GDPR. You provide it by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Your email and the request metadata are kept on infrastructure we control, in EU regions. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone outside the small set of providers who power the mailing list and the website itself, and those providers act only on our instructions.
Data is retained for the duration of the waitlist plus 30 days after public launch, after which everyone who hasn’t signed up for a Luni account has their record deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete the data we hold on you, plus the right to withdraw consent and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]from the address you signed up with — we’ll action your request within 30 days. Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
If we make material changes to this notice we’ll email everyone on the waitlist. Non-material wording fixes happen in place; the “Updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent revision.
