POST /v1/company
Company Research API
Keep the company details and the evidence together. Available only to invited enterprise customers researching public company websites.
Public website evidence
A company job reads a bounded set of public source pages to assemble website identity and published contact information. The result includes source URLs and observation time so you can inspect where a value came from instead of treating every field as a verified fact.
A published email address is harvested contact information. It does not establish deliverability, consent to outreach or the identity of the person behind an inbox. Missing information should remain missing in your application rather than being filled with a guess.
A profile with a page budget
Set maxPages between 1 and 20. Creation returns a job ID; retrieve the saved profile with GET /v1/company/{id}. A successful profile costs 40 credits. Failed profiles consume zero profile credits. The page budget bounds the research; it does not convert the charge into a per-page rate.
This endpoint is available only to invited enterprise workspaces where company research is enabled. Trial credits and creating an API key do not grant access. The playground displays that availability before execution. Contact Luni to discuss the workflow you want to evaluate.
Keep research separate from enrichment claims
Use the source-backed profile as an input for human review, a company directory or your own account-research pipeline. Recheck important details against the source before using them to make a decision.
Private CRM records, authenticated social profiles, personal-data brokers and guaranteed employee or funding datasets are outside this API. Luni does not promise a complete company record from a public website.
