Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to Luni, operated by NeuroLeash Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Site or Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms when that option is shown, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent, and you confirm that you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service.

“Site” means the Luni website and related public pages. “Service” means the Luni web-data API, customer workspace, Studio, MCP connectors, and related features we make available. Additional product pages, documentation, and policies linked from the Site (including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice) are incorporated by reference.

NeuroLeash Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16720384) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for credentials issued to you (including passwords, OAuth sessions, and API keys) and for activity under your account or keys. Notify us promptly at hello@luni.gg if you believe credentials were compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described below.

Workspace API keys must be kept server-side. Do not embed unrestricted keys in public client code, screenshots, or shared prompts.

3. Licence and restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Service for your internal business or personal purposes in accordance with the documentation and any plan limits that apply to your workspace.

You may not, except as expressly permitted: (a) sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service as a competing hosted extraction product; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law forbids this restriction; (c) probe, scan, or overload the Service beyond documented rate and concurrency limits; (d) interfere with other customers’ use; (e) remove proprietary notices; or (f) use the Service to violate applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. During the public beta, availability and limits may change as we validate quality and cost. We are not obliged to provide support beyond what we publish for your plan.

Intellectual property in the Site, Service, and our branding remains ours or our licensors’. Feedback you send us may be used freely without obligation to you.

4. Acceptable use (Service)

The Service is intended to retrieve and process publicly reachable HTTP content that you are lawfully permitted to access. You are solely responsible for your targets, prompts, and downstream use of results.

  • Do not use the Service to access non-public systems, bypass authentication, or defeat technical access controls you are not authorised to circumvent.
  • Do not submit credentials, session cookies, or secrets belonging to third-party services as part of a request unless you are authorised and the Service expressly supports that workflow.
  • Do not use results to harass individuals, commit fraud, or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Respect robots, site terms, and applicable law for each source you instruct the Service to fetch. Luni does not decide whether a particular source is lawful for your use case.
  • Do not attempt to extract other customers’ data, keys, or workspace content.

Fetched page content is untrusted input. You must not treat it as instructions that expand the Service’s or your application’s privileges.

5. Public beta, credits, and billing

During the public beta, eligible workspaces may receive a Free monthly credit allowance (currently 10,000 credits per workspace per month through 31 December 2026 UTC, subject to the published Free/beta rules). Credits do not roll over. Failed billable operations that the Service records as unsuccessful are not charged under the published credit model.

Paid plans (including Plus and Pro) are described as available from January 2027. Early-user discount terms, if any, are those we publish on the pricing page for workspaces that qualify—do not rely on informal statements. We may update allowances, limits, and prices with notice on the Site or by email to the address on your account.

Enterprise-only features (such as company research) remain invite-only unless we state otherwise in writing.

6. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Site and Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. If there is a conflict about personal data processing, the Privacy Policy controls for that subject.

7. Customer content and results

You retain rights in content you submit (URLs, configurations, Studio definitions, and similar). You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and secure the Service.

Saved extraction results are retained for a limited period (currently seven days unless we publish a different retention for a feature). Store copies in your own systems when you need longer retention. Where you act as a controller of personal data in Customer Data and we process it on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum may apply when accepted as described there.

8. Third-party services

The Site or Service may link to or integrate third-party services (for example authentication, email delivery, payments, or egress providers). We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PUBLIC SOURCE WILL BE REACHABLE OR LAWFUL FOR YOUR USE. SOURCE QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, SUBSTITUTE COSTS, OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50) AND (ii) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER ENGLISH LAW (INCLUDING FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD).

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify NeuroLeash Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents against claims and reasonable costs arising from (a) your use of the Service, including targets and downstream use of results; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Site or Service. We may suspend or terminate access (including keys and accounts) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, create risk to the Service or others, or for operational or legal reasons. On termination, licence rights end; surviving sections include ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law.

13. General

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the Site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and any accepted DPA or order form) are the entire agreement for the subject matter. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale. Contact: hello@luni.gg.
