Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. 10 meetings a month, 60-minute cap per call, transcript and recap on every one — no time limit, no credit card. The Free plan is permanent; we'd rather you graduate to Pro because you outgrew it than because we forced you out.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for individual power users — unlimited meetings, no length cap, calendar auto-join, AskMeeting Q&A across your history. Team adds the workspace layer: shared search across the whole org, Slack + email digests, admin controls, role-based access, and 1-year retention vs Pro's 6 months.
Is annual cheaper than monthly?
Yes — Pro annual is £10 / user / month vs £12 monthly; Team annual is £20 / user / month vs £24. Same product, same access, paid up front. We charge the difference back if you cancel mid-year (pro-rated refund).
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and you're charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrade and the new tier kicks in at your next renewal — you keep the higher tier until then.
Is there a per-user minimum on Team?
Team is priced per user with no fixed minimum. Run a 2-person team or a 200-person org — same price per seat. Volume discounts kick in on Enterprise tier.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices on this page are ex VAT. UK and EU customers see the relevant VAT added at checkout; we capture VAT-registered numbers for reverse-charge handling.
Are there per-meeting credits or hidden usage charges?
No usage-based pricing on Free, Pro, or Team. Pro and Team are flat per-user; Free has the meeting-count cap as the only constraint. Concurrency-priced agency plans (1 / 3 / 10 simultaneous bots) sit alongside Team for studios that prefer a parallel-meeting cap to a per-seat model.
What about Enterprise?
